• A monthly one-hour CFO call where we review your numbers, tackle challenges, and make decisions together.

• A 30-minute monthly check-in to keep momentum and address anything urgent or tactical.

• Annual budgeting and priority-setting aligned with your vision for the year ahead.

• Quarterbacking with your bookkeeper and CPA so everyone's working from the same playbook.

I work remotely with clients nationwide, and I'm available to travel for in-person strategy sessions when it makes sense.

Most importantly, this is a partnership. I'm not here to just send you reports. I'm here to help you think, decide, and lead differently.

Investment

I require a 3-month initial commitment starting at $15,000. This covers the heavier lift of onboarding, building your financial infrastructure, and developing your strategic plan.

After that, investment starts at $5,000/month retainer for ongoing fractional CFO services.
